Shipping & Returns
US domestic shipping
We utilize multiple shipping carriers to deliver packages within the US and aboard. Once your payment is verified and processed, verification of payment takes 1-2 business days, it can take 5-8 business days for your order to ship excluding weekends and holidays. Some orders do take longer to dispatch. Once your order is shipped you will receive an email notification with the shipping carrier and tracking number. All orders of $150 or more will require a signature at delivery.
International shipping
International shipping rates vary depending on location and weight of the package. At check out your total shipping will be shown depending upon the weight of your shopping bag.
All prices on our site are in US dollars and charged in US dollars. We do not provide currency conversion your bank will convert depending on the going rate at the time you place your order. All applicable custom fees, taxes, and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Custom authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package.
Please note that all estimated shipping times are after the order has been shipped. If for any reason you item is not deliverable and is return to the store you will be issued a STORE CREDIT for the purchase price of the items (minus shipping fee). Please carefully check your address. In the event that you request your order to be reshipped there will be a $9.95 shipping and handling fee. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once UPS, USPS, or DHL has marked your package as delivered.

RETURNS
Returns
To start a return, you can contact us. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
30 Days to Return
We have a 30-day return policy. You must submit a return request within 14 days from the date of receiving your order. You then have an additional 16 days to mail back your return. A return must be received within the 30 day return policy window to qualify for a refund.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards, damaged or worn items.
A return for an item that arrived late will not be accepted unless it exceeds our shipping policy handling times. We are not responsible if your order is delivered late by the carrier.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Cancellation Policy
Customers are able to cancelled their orders within 24 hours for a full refund. Any cancellation request received after will inquire a 20% cancellation fee.
